- The sardines in Ramirez Sardines in Olive Oil are fished off the Portuguese coast between June and October, filleted by hand, cooked and immediately canned.
- Known for a firm texture and mild flavour, these sardines are high in calcium and omega-3 fatty acids, making them both healthy and tasty.
- They can be used in a variety of ways. We suggest toasting a slice of sourdough bread, drizzling some of the sardine olive oil over it, placing the sardines on top with a squeeze of lemon, chopped parsley and pickled red onions.
