Tulip Pork Shoulder Picnic Ham, made in Denmark since 1909, utilizes premium Danish pork shoulder and salt to produce a fully cooked ham with a clean flavour and juicy texture.

When sliced, Pork Shoulder Picnic Ham makes the most delicious sandwiches, just add some mayonnaise and mustard, maybe a slice of cheese. We like to riff on the traditional Italian Carbonara by adding some chopped ham instead of guanciale (cured pork jowl).
