Munkebo Salmon in Olive Oil is a skinless and boneless fillet, freshly caught, cooked and canned with only olive oil and salt to retain its delicious qualities.
Given its clean and mild flavour, it can be used in anyway, but we enjoy it in salads, sandwiches, salmon burgers, or pasta.
