Flatter and wider than spaghetti, but thinner than fettuccine, linguine (which comes from the Italian word meaning “little tongues”) is a long, flat pasta. Traditionally, linguine is served with pesto. Our linguine are perfect to bring out the taste of any sauce: simple, original or sophisticated. Easily prepared by placing in boiling water and straining well. Cooking time: 8 minutes.
Linguine by Riscossa. You cannot make a great dish of Linguine with Clam Sauce without a good pack of Linguine Pasta.
