The traditional Riscossa dry pasta, obtained from the grinding of durum wheat and processed according to the traditional method in use since 1902. Available in numerous sizes and ideal for preparing delicious main dishes, pasta sides and soups.
Cannelloni are large pasta tubes, perfect for stuffing with your favourite filling and baking in the oven. They’re a great option when feeding a crowd as little work is required. Cannelloni is one of the classic pasta dishes from Italy. This pasta is shaped such that it retains maximum sauce. There is no need to pre-cook your cannelloni. Just fill your cannelloni with a blend of cooked meat or cheeses and stuff into the uncooked shells and bake with your favorite sauce. Cooking time: 7minutes.
